China Silk Industrial & Trading Corp. was founded in March, 1990, with the register capital of 22.91 million Yuan and 198 employees. We are a wholly state-owned company subordinated to China Heng Tian Group Co., Ltd., which is directly supervised and administrated by the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

In the past 18 years' development and utilization of cocoon and silk industry administration advantages, we have successfully improved our company pattern from a silk industry administrator to a separate trade company, and expanded business range from single silk export to multi-fields of international business situation. Now we own 3 subsidiary companies and 5 stock-share enterprises, which act as our strong basis in the export business. Moreover, we also deal in textile material & chemical importation as well as industry investment.

Except the international business, we also act as a consulter and association in the silk industry for international silk communications, and organize annual communication meeting for all silk partners to improve the silk technology and standard of the whole industry.
